Ali is a Clinical Naturopath based in London, United Kingdom
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in General Nursing.
My mission is to blend the best of both worlds — modern medicine and natural therapies — to help women uncover the root causes of their symptoms and feel empowered in their healing journey. With a deep respect for both conventional and complementary medicine, I understands when each approach is appropriate and how they can work together to support lasting change.
I am passionate about helping women achieve real, long-term results — not just quick fixes. Every protocol is personalised, taking into account your unique health history, symptoms, and goals.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based care. I use a combination of herbal medicine, targeted supplementation, personalised nutrition, and lifestyle strategies — along with functional testing and blood work — to get to the root of your skin, hormonal, or gut health concerns and restore balance from the inside out
I have special interest in the following areas:
Skin Conditions: acne, pre-menstrual breakouts, rosacea, eczema and Perioral dermatitis
Menstrual Health: PCO, PCOS, endometriosis, heavy painful periods, irregular cycles, absent cycles, PMDD, PMS, fibroids, fertility support
Gut Health IBS-like symptoms, microbiome dysbiosis, SIBO
Nervous system Burnout, stress support, anxiety and chronic fatigue
My Story
As a teenager, I began experiencing extremely painful and heavy periods that would leave me bedridden for days. Alongside the intense pain, I suffered from vomiting, fainting, and severe chronic fatigue. At the same time, I was battling post-viral syndrome, which kept me unwell for years. I sought help from numerous medical professionals across the globe, but most simply told me I needed more rest and that nothing was seriously wrong. For nearly a decade, I was repeatedly dismissed by doctors. I tried countless supplements and therapies, but nothing provided lasting relief.
After a stay in the ICU—where my body was fragile and failing, yet no clear diagnosis was made— I decided to see a naturopath in Germany. I hadn’t heard of naturopathy before, but I was willing to try anything.
After more than 10 years of searching for answers, I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis, which explained so much. On top of that, my immune system was severely compromised; I struggled with methylation issues affecting my energy production, had small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), intense bacterial imbalances, leaky gut, and more. Fortunately, through herbal medicine, targeted nutraceuticals, diet, and lifestyle changes, I gradually healed. It took time, but over the following months, my health steadily improved.
Helping others has always been my passion. That’s why I initially studied general nursing after finishing school. But once I discovered naturopathy, I knew it was the path I needed to follow long- term. I made the decision to move to Australia to complete a four-year naturopathy degree — and I’ve never looked back since.
From my personal journey, Salūs by Ali Crampton was born.
Today, I run my own private online clinic, supporting clients across Australia, the UK, and Ireland.
My focus is on skin and women’s health, but I also address gut health, nervous system and stress management techniques, hormonal balance, diet, lifestyle habits, and much more. I’m passionate about educating and empowering my clients throughout their healing journey, providing ongoing support to help them achieve the best possible results.
My love for skin health began during my university clinic days, where I helped friends with their skin concerns and witnessed the incredible impact it had on their confidence and lives. I naturally started attracting more skin clients during that time and realised this was my true niche. It brings me so much joy to receive before-and-after photos and see the difference we’ve made together.
Having personally navigated reproductive challenges such as endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and hypothalamic amenorrhea, I am deeply committed to supporting women with their menstrual cycles and hormone balance. Too often, we are led to believe that PMS or painful, heavy periods are “normal” — but they’re not.
Most of the symptoms we experience are our body’s way of signalling underlying imbalances. So why do we often ignore these signs and just keep pushing through? I’m incredibly passionate about my work and invest over 40 hours of continuing professional development annually, in addition to holding degrees in both naturopathy and nursing.
Core Values
Get the Full Picture
Your symptoms are messages from your body—indicators of deeper imbalances beneath the surface. Whether you're dealing with acne, hormonal shifts, fatigue, or gut issues, it's essential to work with a practitioner who understands the intricate connections between skin, hormones, and overall health. Addressing these concerns properly means digging deeper, not just managing symptoms.
Test, Don’t Guess
Functional and pathology testing takes the guesswork out of your care. It gives us real insight into what's driving your symptoms—whether it’s nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, gut dysfunction, or inflammation. This evidence-based approach allows us to design a precise, personalised protocol to address the root cause, not just offer temporary relief.
Individualised care
Working with me is never a one-size-fits-all approach. Every protocol I create is uniquely tailored to you—built from your initial consultation, your story, and any relevant test results. Our time together doesn’t end when the consultation finishes. I dedicate time behind the scenes to thoroughly assess, research, and design a plan that addresses the root of your concerns, with the goal of resolving them for good—not just masking symptoms
Ongoing support
One of the things I pride myself on most is the level of support I offer my clients. Your results truly matter to me, and I’m with you every step of the way. My consultations are intentionally 60–90 minutes long, allowing plenty of time for you to feel heard, understood, and empowered. After our session, I spend time carefully crafting your protocol—designed specifically for you—to give you the best chance at long-term, meaningful results. You're not just a number; your health journey matters deeply to me.
